The Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs oversees the academic and scientific affairs of the college, covering registration, missions, scientific affairs, postgraduate studies, studies and planning, and the rehabilitation and employment unit.

Duties and responsibilities
- Supervising the scientific and academic affairs of the college.
- Supervising the postgraduate programmes (master’s and higher diploma) offered by the college.
- Following up central and local admission and student registration.
- Managing study missions and cultural relations with universities and other bodies.
- Supervising academic studies and planning for the college.
- Following up the rehabilitation and employment of graduates and staying in contact with them.

Postgraduate Studies
Master’s and higher diploma programmes, with oversight of admission, comprehensive examinations and research.
Registration Division
Follows up student registration, their academic matters and official documents.
Missions and Cultural Relations Division
Manages study missions and external cultural relations.
Division of Scientific Affairs
Follows up the scientific affairs of the teaching staff and researchers.
Studies and Planning Division
Prepares the college’s academic studies and plans.
Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit
Prepares graduates for the labour market and keeps track of them after graduation.
