Under the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College, Dr. Saif Al-Saeedi. The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Wasit organized a workshop titled “How to Publish in Journals Indexed in Scopus.” The workshop, presented by Dr. Ahmed Shakir Al-Kinani, aimed to introduce electronic platforms and how to register on them from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The workshop also sought to teach researchers how to select appropriate journals on the Scopus website. This included searching for Scopus-indexed journals related to their research field, ensuring that the journal has a good reputation, and matches the research topic.
