In collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit and Continuing Education, a scientific seminar titled “Internet of Things (IoT): Applications and Impact on Our Daily Lives” was conducted. The presenters included: – Mr. Hassan Mohammad Taqi Saleh – Mr. Mustafa Aziz The seminar aimed to define the concept of the Internet of Things, its usage, and the necessity of its implementation in daily life to facilitate remote device usage and control. The seminar discussed major global companies in the technology sector that have invested in IoT. Towards the end of the seminar, the speaker provided examples of device types, how to connect and control them, and how to benefit from remote access. IoT specialization has become one of the crucial fields in our daily lives and is now a significant department in our Iraqi universities.
