The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Wasit University holds its second international scientific conference in computer science, communications and information technology

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazim Abdul Sahib and the President of Wasit University, Prof. Dr. Mazen Al-Hassani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sinan Adnan Al-Shammari, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology held its second international scientific conference in computer science, communications and information technology in cooperation with three sober international journals on the Scopus Q2 scale

They are:

1. Interactive Mobile Technologies .

2. Predecauls of engineering and Natural sciences .

3. INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCES .

With the participation of a number of foreign researchers from sober international universities from America, Canada, Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Sweden, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and Egypt.

Some of the participants work in famous international technology companies such as Microsoft and Apple and with the participation of 25 advanced scientific research in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and smart grids.

The conference opened with verses from the wise male followed by a speech by the President of Wasit University, who explained that the status of the university requires specialized researchers to participate through their research in these conferences and strengthen partnership with other universities to achieve effective education and manage the innovation system by making it more responsive to changes and using new technologies in all disciplines.

For his part, the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Technology stressed in his speech to the attendees that the holding of the conference comes to nurture the ideas of scientific researchers and an opportunity to create a state of media marketing for researchers from Iraqi, Arab and foreign universities.

The conference also included in its second axis a plastic exhibition that included many paintings with the participation of a number of university employees and students.

The conference was attended by the Advisor to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Education of Wasit, the assistants of the President of the University, a number of deans of faculties and a gathering of university teachers.

At the end of the conference, gifts, thank you books and participation books were distributed by the organizing committee of the conference to the participating gentlemen and attendees.
