Under the slogan (#Blooming_Flowers_for_Orphans) and under the patronage and supervision of Mr. Saif Ali Abdulredha Al-Saadi, Assistant Professor and Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Al-Yateem Charitable Foundation – General Headquarters in Wasit, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology held a tree planting campaign in celebration of the spring holidays.

As part of the #Community_Service, this initiative aims to #promote environmental awareness and encourage participation in tree planting and environmental conservation by inviting students, staff, and members of the community to participate in this event. #Tree_planting with the names of the participants, to serve as a lasting memory of their involvement in this environmental initiative. This initiative is part of a series of activities and initiatives organized by the college to promote environmental awareness and contribute to creating a healthy and clean environment. The visit reflects the college’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility, and encourages youth to actively participate in local efforts to improve the environment and society. A lecture on computer programs was delivered, and #gifts were distributed to the participating orphans. The visit concluded with an iftar banquet for the orphans.
