Tasks of the Missions and Cultural Relations Division

1- Sending nominations of faculty members (teachers and employees) to the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the Presidency of the University to participate in external scientific and cultural activities (conferences, seminars, training courses, various workshops).

2- Sending the names of the teaching staff to the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the Presidency of the University to obtain approvals to send them outside the country.

3- Sending the activities of the delegates to the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations after their return from outside the country, after collecting and documenting them.

4- Sending nominations of faculty members (teachers and employees) to the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency to compete for study seats outside the country within the channels of (scholarships, fellowships and study vacations, in addition to special fellowships).

and the missions of the Higher Committee for the Development of Education in Iraq) after ensuring that the applicants are covered by the conditions for applying to the aforementioned study channels.

5- Follow-up of the academic progress and the duration of the study leave after the candidates travel outside the country and start their academic study, in coordination with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the Presidency of the University
