The Department of Computer was established in the academic year 2012-2013 and the department has been available in the morning study since the establishment of the college and the evening study was opened in the academic year 2016-2017 and the specialization of computer plays an important role in construction and development, as this specialization has entered nowadays to all areas of life and is almost there is no field without computer specialization. The department focuses in its scientific career on qualifying the student and developing their skills scientifically and practically through the use of modern teaching methods and advanced laboratories and inserting them into various teaching methods in order to deliver information to the learner with the least possible time and effort, as the department has a distinguished cadre of qualified teachers who possess talent and creativity in the educational process. The department is also interested in using modern technologies and various information sources in addition to the applied aspect and research projects of faculty members in the department.
