
A seminar on psychological and health preparedness for students before exams was held at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology.

The session, facilitated by faculty members Naamat Aqeel Fawzi and Hind Ali from Al-Imam Al-Kadhim College, covered two main axes. First Axis: Psychological Preparedness 1. Understanding the Importance of Mental Focus: Recognizing the significant role of mental focus during this period and how psychological preparedness can impact students’ performance. 2. Setting Realistic Goals: Establishing achievable exam goals and breaking them down into manageable tasks to facilitate the preparation process. 3. Time Planning: Effectively planning study schedules, incorporating breaks to avoid mental fatigue. 4. Dealing with Pressure: Learning how to cope with exam pressures and acquiring stress management skills. Second Axis: Health Preparedness 1. Healthy Diet: Ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet to enhance energy and concentration. 2. Adequate Sleep: Regulating sleep patterns to guarantee sufficient rest, contributing to improved mental performance. 3. Exercise and Physical Activity: Recognizing the importance of regular exercise to enhance mood and strengthen the body. 4. Stress Management: Utilizing breathing and relaxation techniques to control stress levels and prepare the body for upcoming challenges. In conclusion, the recommendations from this seminar advocate for a balanced approach that combines psychological preparedness and health readiness to ensure optimal performance during the exam period.
