The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to allow all undergraduate students of primary studies who failed in three subjects or less to take exams in a supplementary role in order to give them the opportunity to continue their scientific career, and out of the Ministry's keenness to address cases related to the failure of its students and because it is about to start applying the system of courses for the current academic year and based on what was done at the meeting of the Ministry's advanced staff held on Tuesday evening, 29/10/2019, the Ministry decided to conduct a supplementary exam for students who They failed to succeed in three subjects or less , including:

  1. Students who have not taken the first or second round exam or both.
  2. Students whose restrictions will be upgraded due to failure of transit or loading materials (scientific clearing lessons) regardless of the role in which the student was examined.
  3. Students who fail exams and for three subjects or less

The Ministry also decided to give universities the authority to implement these treatments and no later than 15/11/2019.
Provided that the above treatments do not include students who fail to cheat, disciplinary penalties or failures in absenteeism in accordance with the provisions of Article (9) of the Examination Instructions, as well as students whose restrictions have been numbered due to cheating, forgery or disciplinary penalties.
