The College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a scientific symposium on combating drugs and steroids and protecting university students from this scourge in the presence of a number of teachers and students of the college.

The seminar in which the lecturer lectured was aimed at M. M. Zainab Ali Abdul Hussein Obada and with the participation of Ines Salman Obaid to guide and guide students on reducing the phenomenon of drugs and ways to treat them.

The seminar included several axes, including the definition of addiction, as addiction is a hysterical condition to which a person is exposed when not getting a certain substance, due to addiction to this substance such as drugs and the rapid spread of drugs among young people and adults despite its many harms, which is really surprising

The seminar, which included the focus of universities on student activities that clarify the danger of drugs to students, the supervision of parents and their awareness of their children, the avoidance of bad friends who spread false beliefs about drugs, the need to activate the role of educational counselor in universities, drug use is illegal and exposes its owner to legal issues.
